At Victory Christian Center, we believe the Great Commission reaches far beyond the walls of our church. We are honored to partner with missionaries and ministries who are sharing the Gospel, serving people, and making a difference around the world.
Penner Ministries
Penner Ministries is a Christ-centered ministry serving vulnerable families and homeless children in Uganda. Founded in 2016 by Turyatunga Felex, the ministry was born from a desire to bring hope, faith, love, and opportunity to those in need. Today, Penner Ministries serves its community through programs including charity outreach, school construction, shelters, medical facilities, and a coffee demonstration farm developed as a pathway toward long-term sustainability.
LIVING HOPE NATIVE MINISTRIES — COLLEEN ESTES
Colleen Estes serves with Living Hope Native Ministries in Pikangikum First Nation in Northwestern Ontario, where she has ministered since 1997. Through children’s ministry, Christian education, youth events, Bible studies, and relationships, Colleen has spent decades sharing the hope of Jesus in the community. She also encourages Native believers in their identity in God and supports the local church as they pray, worship, and believe for transformation in Pikangikum and beyond.

John and Cindy Mortimer have served as missionaries in the Amazon region of Peru since 1982, sharing the Gospel with people in remote communities. From their mission base in Iquitos, they train believers, raise up pastors and leaders, build churches, and travel hundreds of miles by river to reach isolated areas with the message of Jesus. Now a multigenerational missionary family, their heart remains simple: souls—reaching as many people as possible with the hope and salvation of Jesus Christ.

LIVING STONES INTERNATIONAL
Living Stones International serves and strengthens persecuted Christians around the world. Brother Dave joined the ministry in 2016 and now serves as Executive Director, traveling internationally to pray with, encourage, and support believers facing persecution for their faith. The ministry also provides Bibles, Christian resources, aid, and support to believers in restricted areas. Brother Dave shares their stories with churches in America, encouraging Christians to remember, pray for, and stand alongside their brothers and sisters in Christ.
WILL GO MISSIONS — LARRY & JEAN JOHNSON
Larry and Jean Johnson founded Will Go in 1992 and have spent more than 30 years sharing the Gospel and serving people around the world. Through prayer, outreach, discipleship, and meeting practical needs, Will Go seeks to share the love of Jesus while equipping others to do the work of ministry. Today, their ministry continues through partnerships and outreach in Canada, Liberia, Nigeria, and Cuba, raising up believers and helping others take the Gospel into their communities.
GREATER HAYWARD HOUSE OF HOPE
Greater Hayward House of Hope is a Christ-centered rehabilitation ministry in Hayward, Wisconsin, helping men overcome life-controlling addictions and rebuild healthy, purposeful lives. The ministry provides a supportive environment where men can grow in faith while developing practical skills that prepare them for life and employment after graduation. Through biblical discipleship, encouragement, and hands-on training, House of Hope seeks to help men facing addiction, homelessness, or life after incarceration discover lasting hope and a fresh start.
CHOICES HEALTH NETWORK
Choices Health Network is a nonprofit women’s health center in Ladysmith, Wisconsin, providing free and confidential care for women and families facing pregnancy and reproductive health decisions. Their services include pregnancy testing, limited ultrasounds, options consultations, pregnancy and parenting support, resources, and additional medical services. Through compassionate, no-cost care, Choices seeks to provide women and men with accurate information, practical support, and a caring environment as they navigate important decisions and prepare for the future.
HIS HOUSE OF HOPE — PHILLIPS, WI
His House of Hope is a Christ-centered residential recovery ministry in Phillips, Wisconsin, helping men find freedom from addiction and rebuild their lives. Through a safe and supportive environment, biblical guidance, counseling, and recovery-focused programming, men are encouraged to grow in their relationship with Jesus while developing the tools needed for lasting change. The ministry’s mission is to see lives transformed through Jesus Christ and men restored as healthy, productive members of their families and communities.
